Calvin Leduc's Biography:

Calvin LeDuc is a seasoned animator and key assistant animator known for his extensive contributions to classic animated films. Starting with Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), LeDuc worked as a character animation assistant, marking the beginning of a prolific career in animation. In The Swan Princess (1994), he brought to life various characters including Prince Derek and Young Odette. Notably, he contributed to Disney’s The Lion King (1994) special edition as a key assistant and played a role in animating the beloved characters Percy and Wiggins in Pocahontas (1995).

In The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996), LeDuc worked as an assistant clean-up animator, focusing on the Gargoyles, and he was key to animating Pegasus in Hercules (1997). His work on Mulan (1998) as the key assistant clean-up animator for Mushu and as a key assistant animator on Fantasia 2000 (1999) for the "Rhapsody in Blue" segment showcases his ability to animate unique and dynamic characters.

LeDuc continued to contribute his expertise as a key assistant animator on The Emperor’s New Groove (2000), where he animated the iconic villain Yzma, and on Treasure Planet (2002) with John Silver. His work as an animator on Barnyard (2006) reflects his versatility and long-standing impact in the field, helping shape some of the most beloved animated films over the years.
